Your A Level Mathematics qualification is assessed by three equally weighted exam papers in the summer of Year 13. The overwhelming majority of schools follow Edexcel, so we have based our courses on Edexcel (although there’s negligible difference between the exam boards). These three exam papers are:

  1. Pure 1
  2. Pure 2
  3. Statistics and Mechanics

We therefore offer three revision courses to cover the entire A Level specification.

Please note that the Pure 1 & Pure 2 exam papers will intentionally mix topics from both the Year 1 and Year 2 textbooks. We therefore run our courses on the main themes (not following the textbook in strict order), so as to best prepare you for the synoptic style of exam questions you’ll face. We have intentionally named our course “First Pure and “Second Pure” to emphasise our approach.

You can subscribe to each of these revision courses individually, or you can buy the three together for a discount.

These are the best value revision courses available, anywhere!

  • You will join a lesson of up to 10 students. We ask you to have your video on but your microphone muted for the teaching phases. Seeing faces really does make the teacher’s job much easier!

  • The teaching phases will include worked examples. This will both consolidate understanding and show how to best approach certain types of question
  • Despite the competitive price, students can regularly check their understanding. We use advanced ‘progress checker’ questions*, with the multiple choice answers fed live to the teacher, to enable the teacher to efficiently gauge understanding on-the-fly. They will then change tack if necessary.

  • By the end of each course, you should leave feeling confident for the summer exam’s

* Using these assessments for learning has been widely recognised by academic researchers as the key to maximising a student’s progress, when learning a difficult subject.
